ZONAL MANAGER – SALES & MARKETING - NORTH

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility: The ideal candidate will identify and create customers base in order to lead the business profitably.
• Responsible for sales & marketing in North & Eastern States
• To identify & appoint  the dealers and channel partners
• Marketing Intelligence: Market trends and developments, price levels, product forms, competitor analysis
• To conduct market development trials of vegetable seeds
• Willing to travel domestically

 Desired profile and skills

• B.Sc (Ag.) / M.Sc.(Ag), preferably with a MBA in Marketing with around 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing of Agri Inputs specially in  vegetable seeds.
• Should be strong on concepts / strategy
• Should possess strong domain expertise and leadership skill.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator and team player, but able to work independently
• Ability to develop productive work relationships across all levels
• Should have work experience in market development trials of vegetable seeds
