Nuseed Europe is seeking a motivated person to join our European Management Team and our Global Leadership Team as the Commercial Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the commercial team, developing and executing the strategic plan with particular focus on establishing a distinct strategic position in the market for new concepts in Sunflower, Sorghum, and Canola.

The principal tasks and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and lead the implementation of long range and annual segment plans to capitalize on Nuseed’s pipeline of hybrids and traits. This shall include initial and ongoing sales and market development resource & structure reviews in line with expected commercial outcomes.
• Development and retention of a highly motivated team of professionals that position Nuseed in top quartile brand and quality image with key farm, distributor and downstream partner customers
• Work across the business functions (Business Services UK, Supply Chain USA, R&D Serbia, R&D Spain, R&D Ukraine, and Global Business Leaders) to ensure business alignment to key initiatives and KPI’s
• Develop and manage the Nuseed value proposition with respect to key product launches in the region
• Lead account management strategies with major customers, industry bodies and influential groups/government departments

Experience and Qualifications:

• Agriculture, Business or Marketing Degree
• Extensive related marketing experience with product managers, account management, and senior sales reporting to the position
• Highly developed skills to motivate, inspire and persuade • Experience with EU28 and Ukraine / Russia market development
• Experience in developing channel strategies with oil processors, confection processors, and /or food industry
• Career velocity: Capacity, potential, and motivation for possible promotion to Regional General Management within a 2-3 year period
