Head of Global Business Development and Sales
Location: Singapore Nature Source Tropicals (NST) is a company dedicated to the genetic improvement, propagation and sales of planting materials for key tropical species, including coffee, cacao, oil palm and rubber. NST applies the most advanced breeding and propagation technologies to provide clients worldwide with planting materials with high performance, optimized product quality and high levels of uniformity.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Identify and contact potential clients for NST products.
- Evaluate and negotiate sales contracts.
- Analyze and generate sales marketing reports.
- Represent NST at global conferences and product events.
- Develop and propose to the Board strategies and priorities of regional commodities.
- Position will involve significant international travel.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
- Proven track record in international marketing and sales
- Proven track record of being a self-starter
- Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good relationship building skills
- Familiarity with agriculture and plant breeding a plus.
