It has its research and development, and production/processing facilities in Attur, Salem (Tamil Nadu), Toopran, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Doddaballapur/Rannebennur/Davengere(Karnataka), Kullu (Himachal Pradesh), Sohna, Manesar (Haryana) and also marketing networking across the country. It is Head Quartered at Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu).

Job purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for sale of Vegetable Seeds in the potential vegetable growing areas. He/She will be responsible for establishing strong brand position in vegetable growing areas and expand the sale in the potential areas of all vegetable crops.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Implementation of Sale Plan of the company in his area of operation.
• Provide bottom up sale information for annual sales plan and realize it
• Organize dealer and distributor network
• Achieve sales and collection targets.
• Maintaining high sales with profitability
• Maintain customer relationship with dealers and farmers
• Communicating market information to the organization.
• Collect and maintain sale data of each crop in his area of operation.

Qualifications

• B.Sc/M.Sc/ MBA in Agriculture or related discipline from reputed institute.
• More than 5 years’ experience in vegetable seed is preferred.

Skills required:

• Proven track record of excellent relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with all functional departments.
• Strong Interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, with a high level of time management and organizational skill
• Able to work independently, with little or no immediate supervision.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must be willing travel extensively.
• Must be fluent in local language along with English & Hindi
