To strengthen our growth, HM.CLAUSE is now looking for a “Sweet Pepper Product Manager”.

Missions:

Reported to the VP Marketing, the “Sweet pepper Product Manager” manages the development of new products and sweet pepper species product ranges. She/he contributes to research orientations with Breeders, for the concerned species at mid and long term, and develops turnover and margin results.

The Product Manager has to:

• Coordinate the actions/ projects regarding his species and maintain good relationships with the local development organizations in the target markets;
• Ensure a technical expertise (agronomic, seeds…);
• Synthesize and analyze market data within the company : work with development and sales teams;
• Identify key market targets, anticipate major market changes, propose and set up additional ranges;
• Ensure a rigorous range management, in particular during the launching of new varieties and product ranges/brands/markets.

Qualifications and skills required:

• You have completed a Master degree / PhD with agriculture/agronomic specialization;
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in breeding, experimentation, seed development, vegetable production or seed sales.
• You have advanced marketing skills and inventory management skills
• You are fluent in English and French, Spanish would be appreciated;
• You know how to plan and manage multiple projects completely and accurately. You take care of details ; have problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You use MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and common PC-based software.
• Knowledge in sweet pepper species and its environments (biology, agronomy, genetics…) would be one more.
• N.B : Must be available to travel both domestically and internationally
