Global Brand and Product Manager
We are looking for someone to lead Novozymes BioAg global brand and product management department. Key functions of this role will be to develop the market segmentation, value proposition, product positioning and lifecycle management of the Novozymes BioAg product line. This position serves as the launch manager for new BioAg products and ensures that the existing product brand integrity is protected across all our markets and regions. Working with the Novozymes Customer Communication team, you will manage the non product Global BioAg Communications plan (website, BioAg corporate presentations, social media, etc) and budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural science or related field
- Ten years or more experience in agricultural product sales and/or marketing. Experience working with row crops and/or fruit & vegetable market a must.
- Previous product management and product launch experience
- Well developed leadership skills
- Written and verbal English skills a must. Multiple language skills an asset as you will be working with teams in a number of different regions.
- Willing to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally
Challenges
Working in cross functional teams, you will be challenged in brand, product and project management initiatives. You will need the skills required to build business cases and perform competitive analysis on the specific market segments the BioAg business is interested in pursuing.
