Key Account Manager
Location: Nevada, Iowa, USA Opportunities in this position:
- Aggressively generates leads and creates sales opportunities with new clients to increase new sales of ALMACO agricultural research equipment.
- Develops new strategies for increasing ALMACO’s market share and revenue by using innovative resources and technologies.
- Works with existing clients to determine the most appropriate products, equipped with the correct options, accessories, and any required special designs to meet the customer’s needs and specifications.
- Develops strong business relationships with clients by resolving outstanding issues and by upholding ALMACO values of integrity, diligence, and reputation.
An ideal candidate would possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or communication related field.
- 5-10 years of aggressive sales and marketing experience.
- Experience with agricultural equipment or the seed industry preferred.
- A valid Driver’s License, and the ability to obtain a United States Passport.
- Willingness to travel extensively (60 – 75%) throughout the United States and possibly internationally.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office products
