Minimum qualifications:

• M.Sc (Ag) in plant breeding essential; Ph.D desirable
• Minimum of six years experience in Cotton breeding essential preferably in a commercial organization
• To lead the breeding program taking full responsibility to run it independently
• Knowledge of the market needs; germplasm requirements
• Good project management and communication skills
