Job Description
To define quality standards in compliance with government regulation and maintain Quality related to the seed products
Quality assurance by conducting GOT – its planning, crop management, observation and data recording and reporting of results
Ensure technical direction of laboratory testing activities, coordinating claims investigation and resolution
Ensure that all testing protocols, methods, evaluations, interpretations and reporting, meet company quality standards and assure that these standards are in compliance with various norms
Comfort in handling large volume of samples and continue to improve the level of service provided to our customers
Reporting to Director
Candidate Profile (Required)
M.Sc. (Ag) in Seed Technology
Good knowledge of agricultural production systems
Need to be a team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to travel extensively

Minimum 20 years of relevant experience (Minimum 5 years in Senior Management Role)
Candidate Profile (Desired)
PhD in Seed Technology
Knowledge of office functions and processes, including MS Office, MS Databases and Spreadsheets, and SAP
Ability to work in a team environment, and manage the cross functional team
