Job Description
To ensure efficient end-to-end Supply Chain Management, cost and quality management associated with inventory/finished products
To oversee that a balance between manufacturing demand and supply is maintained so as to ensure optimal inventory cost through effective inventory/materials planning and management
Lead Company Operations including, Source & Trial Seeds, Production, Processing, Logistics & Warehouses
Control on overall quality aspects (including products and processes)
Reporting to Director
Candidate Profile (Required)
Education in Agriculture/Engineering with MBA (from A-Grade Institutions)
Through understanding of Supply Chain Management including Production, Processing, Logistics and Warehouses
Techno-functional working experience in the areas of Manufacturing and Administration
Knowledge of SAP (ERP) is required
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (Minimum 5 years in Senior Management Role)
Candidate Profile (Desired)
Education/Understanding of Agriculture and experience in Seed Industry will be an added advantage
Ability to work in a team environment, and manage the team of Supply Chain Management
Candidate should be IT savvy
