Job Description
As SBU Head of independent subsidiary company, responsible for overall performance including Top-line and Bottom-line
Close coordination between all departments of the company including R&D, Processing, Logistics & Warehouse, QM, HRD, Finance and IT
Brand building
Supervision of Sales and Marketing Offices across India
Managing Client relationships
Providing strategic direction to the business
People Management
Candidate Profile (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science
At least 20 years Industry experience, out of which at least 5 years should be in senior management position
Candidate Profile (Desired)
Master’s Degree in Agricultural Science/ MBA in Agricultural Science
Experience of Vegetable Seeds Business
Ability to think strategically with global mind set and brings the organization to the global standard
