Towards this end we have launched Simpli Namdhari (www.simplinamdharis.com), a 100% vegetarian Omni Channel retail chain in Bangalore with a comprehensive range of fresh fruits & vegetables, organic & pesticides free range of staples, single-origin dairy products (https://dairytales.com/), imported dry fruits, healthy snack range and more. Starting the journey back in the year 2000 with the mission to bring safe food, every product is either grown at the company’s own farms or from trusted sources across India & abroad. Job Description

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the changing market trends and knowledge regarding the competitor’s key varieties
• Implement the strategy for the multi-location trials of the vegetable crops
• Plan the multi-location trials, trial seed allocation with sales teams and coordinate for trial seed availability to ensure a timely delivery
• Evaluate and analysis of trials along with Breeders and Marketing team
• Collects trial results, data and consolidates into trial reports to discuss with Breeders and Management
• Plan with the Marketing team for the crop demonstration and campaigns
• Develop the product positioning strategies for launching varieties assigned geographies
• Ensure proper supplies of the product during the different stages of the product life cycle by coordinating between sales and seed operations team

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture
• 5-year work experience, preferably in vegetable seeds
• Active and ready to work across the value chain of farmer groups, middleman and etc
• Ready to be located across within province in Java Island
