Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Hazera Seeds
(Fulltime, based in Brurim IL) 

Reporting to: CEO 
Member of: Hazera Senior Leadership Forum, Limagrain Executives forums 

We are looking for a Deputy CEO to lead our company's global operational strategics efforts (Supply Chain, IT, Seed Production) as well as organizational projects and ERP Implementation.

As a Deputy CEO you will be managing the Israeli sites, member of professional forums and representing Hazera when dealing with local or International authorities.
With the CEO and the management team, you will contribute to build the strategy of Hazera as well as the strategy of the Vegtetable Seed Division of group Limagrain.

Profile Requirements:

• Executive experience in all aspects of SC and Operation within a global complex Agricultural oriented business (Seed industry is an advantage). 
• Proven experience in reaching quantitative and qualitative targets  
• Based in Israel, willingness to travel 50% across the world
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, additional language desired
