We specialize in breeding, production, development and distribution of vegetable seeds to meet the market demand. We have research centre located in Bangalore. Location :

a. HQ at Pune – covering Maharashtra & Chattisgarh
b. HQ at Ahmadabad or Baroda – covering Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility: The ideal candidate will identify and create customers base in order to lead the business profitably.
• Responsible for sales & marketing in a) Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh (b) Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh
• To identify & appoint the dealers and channel partners
• Marketing Intelligence: Market trends and developments, price levels, product forms, competitor analysis
• To conduct market development trials of vegetable seeds
• Willing to travel domestically

Desired profile and skills

• B.Sc (Ag.) / M.Sc.(Ag), preferably with a MBA in Marketing with around 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing of Agri Inputs specially in vegetable seeds.
• Should be strong on concepts / strategy
• Should possess strong domain expertise and leadership skill.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator and team player, but able to work independently
• Ability to develop productive work relationships across all levels
• Should have work experience in market development trials of vegetable seeds
