Business Development Manager, Brazil and South America
Top Seeds International is searching for candidate to take the position of Business Development Manager Brazil and South America
Job role scope
Focus on development of the business in South America region with primary focus on Brazil.
We are looking for candidate that could match the following profile:
- Five plus years Commercial experience working through Distributors in the Vegetables seed business
- Technical experience in Product Development
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
- Located in Brazil in he Sao Paulo/Campinas area
- Willing to travel intensively
The primary responsibilities of this position include the following tasks:
- Develop business in Brazil by identifying, developing and maintain effective long term business relations with professional distributors.
- Realize profitable sales in the territory and secure payments are executed within the credit term
- Maintain and further develop sales in Colombia and Dominican Republic.
- Collect and update Market information and identify new business opportunities in
- Develop Business Plans for key potential markets (Chili, Argentina,…)
- Support and facilitate the Product Development activities with the distributors and the PD personnel of TSI
- Secure Product profiles of the key segments are well defined, updated and integrate in the development process
- Interact with Product Management and PD team
