Limagrain creates corn joint-venture in China

In September 2015, Limagrain received all the necessary authorizations in order to create Hengji Limagrain Seeds Co Ltd.
This joint venture (JV) with the Chinese company Gansu Hengji Seeds will allow the production and distribution of corn seeds on Chinese market.
Limagrain, through Vilmorin & Cie, holds 45% of the capital of this JV.
