Our network of breeding facilities and trial stations span across the United States, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and South America where research and final evaluations of our products are conducted. Our product line offers a wide variety of premium vegetable seeds that deliver a higher yield of excellent fruit quality with multi-disease resistance/tolerances. Lark Seeds International is dedicated to cutting edge research and development of premium hybrids.

Job summary:

The Customer Service Manager will manage and execute all documentation processes to fulfill the requirements of exporting seeds. Support will be provided to other departments as needed resulting in a smooth and complete transition of activities throughout the Supply Chain.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Manages seed order documentation preparation for export including but not limited to; Phytosanitary Certificates, Country of Origin, Chamber of Commerce, Germ and Seed Health Certificates, ISTA and any other documents to meet the shipping requirements.
  • Verifies seed export requirements. • Works closely with and assists regional managers and representatives to fulfill orders.
  • Receives, reviews and prepares seed request orders for Operations Manager.
  • Maintain shipping database and provide weekly status reports.

Additional duties may include:

  • Provide administration support by maintaining quality control databases and inventory analysis.
  • Assist with trial planning, development, design and implementation.
  • Assist with researching, pulling and packaging seed samples.
  • Provide general oversight of projects and tasks performed by seasonal employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasize in an agriculture background.
  • Or, minimum of 5 years’ experience in production agriculture.
  • Ideal candidate will have Supply Chain management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to speak and write Spanish a plus.
