JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The person will be responsible for the routine activities, as well as participation in Research and Development projects:

The activities include:

• New hybrid trials in RYT, PDS1 and PDS2, screening
• Organization of differentes activities to promote our products, through field days with distributors, key customers, in each area.
• Organize technical conferences with distributors and key customers.
• Give technical support to our clients
• Selection of the new products for the Mexican market
• Make monthly reports of evaluations and different activities
• Follow up to the big customers of tomatoes, papayas, watermelon, melons, cucumbers, chile and others.
• Propose develop strategies for sales
• Generate new sales in your area, in the main commercial products that we have
• Follow up the business plan and development in your area with the customers
• Constantly communication with the breeders and PMC of each family of products.
• Own initiative for the annual planning of your area.
• Planning and execution of trials.

• Dedicated and passionate on his assigned work and responsibilities
• Capable of interacting and communicating with other company staff
• Organized, neat and honest
• Availability to travel
• Preferably live in Chiapas, Mérida, Yucatán or Campeche.
