Duration: January 2021-August 2021

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides process engineering capability for development projects in Production and Processing Technology, with appropriate guidance
  • Contributes to the robust scale-up of manufacturing processes from laboratory and bench scale through to full-scale production
  • Assists in the design and technical supervision of pilot plant trials and contributes to the design of full scale manufacturing trials
  • Contributes process engineering support to projects which increase manufacturing capacity, improve quality and reduce manufacturing costs at production sites
  • Contributes to the scale-up of production processes from lab to full manufacturing scale, working closely with colleagues in, Formulation Development, and Finished Product Processing
  • Carries out lab and pilot plant trials and generates experimental results to support process design and equipment definition and specification 
  • As a member of a project team delivers improvements in capacity, efficiency and quality at production sites through application of sound engineering knowledge
  • Contributes to the process design of production capital projects under technical supervision

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or another closely related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be eligible to work in the US

  • Communication-The ability to communicate information well (both written and spoken) is highly desired in this position
  • Collaboration-The ability to work with individuals who come from diverse backgrounds
  • Organization-The ability to prioritizes and plan your work load to make optimum use of your time
  • Is able to present experimental results and communicate ideas and proposals in a clear, structured and concise manner
